"This is the worst Dollar General market around I bought a prepaid Visa card to order something online and it wouldn’t work she said it would work i carried the prepaid visa with my receipt back and she wouldn’t refund my money she said it would be 72 hours before I could use the prepaid Visa card. I will never buy anything from Dollar General Market in Rogersville Alabama again. It’s a terrible place to shop she lied to me"

"I purchased a propane exchange here. The tank did not work. I did not find this out for 2 weeks. I brought the tank back, still full, with receipt. They refused to exchange for a working tank. I spoke to someone who stated they talked to district manager and were told they could not do exchange. I ask for that number. And upon dialing it got some msg about entering a code. I spoke to Americigas who owns the tank, they assured me that all that had to be done was write defective on the tank and Dollar General would not lose any money. I advised Dollar General employee of this and still refused to exchange. So my big issue is, I not only lost the exchange cost, but now I have to get another tank, making a loss of $50 dollars."

"It's just a typical cheap, cheaply made, merchandise store. Dollar General advertises Paypal as method of payment, yet there is no Wifi nor Celular signal in this store at all. One register didn't accept debit or credit cards for over a month. Long lines with one register running and manager walking around parking lot picking up trash. Made complains to District Manager and his attitude is just as none caring as store management. This store should leave the community. DOLLAR GENERAL needs to look at replacing both Store and District managers."
