"Disappointed. I was hoping to love this place, but left pretty disappointed. Booked a full head highlights session, I showed the professional a picture of my own hair from the last time I got it done. I mentioned to her that my hair takes longer to light up, but she only left my hair in the foils for about 15 min. After toning and washing I noticed that my hair still was really brassy and patched colored. She tried to correct the color by toning my hair 3 other times but ended up making my hair darker than it was when I got there to begin with. I’m extremely sad with the final result."
