"Ladies were very nice but the stylist my young adult son had was not experienced and needed help from another employee. The clipper cut wasn't so bad but not what he wanted or asked for."

"I only asked for a simple bang trim, keep the back length, and keep the layers. My stylist proceeds to cut my bangs, which I asked for, and then cut the rest of my hair. She cut off 3 inches of hair that I did not ask to be cut. I was trying to grow it out and “keep the length”. And the layers that I said I wanted to keep are no longer visible. I have two layers at most, short and medium length. So thank you for the job I did not ask for and did not want. And when I tried calling no one picked up and the automated service was able to transfer me to the manager. I was the only caller and waited for 5 minutes for them to pick up. And then when they did pick up they left the phone unattended as the workers chatted. I tried getting their attention but no one answered. And as they were getting back to the phone they just hung up. So the phone service was absolutely trash . Please do better and actually listen to the customer."

"I usually have a good experience here but today was very different. I booked an appointment online for a a tea tree scalp wash and a signature combo and the website told me it would be $32.00. When I arrived another stylist who wasn't the one who would be doing my hair told me it would be $57.00. Since that was almost double what the website said I was pretty confused. When the stylist who was assigned to me came to the front desk I asked her about it and showed her my appointment along with the prices I was shown so she would know that the prices were vastly different and that it should be addressed in the future because other customers would most likely be upset. She started to get defensive and I told her that I wasn't trying to argue, just show her what was going on. Another customer came in who had been there earlier and I moved to the side so she could be helped by the stylist. When that customer was situated and left, I approached the front desk again to ask the stylist if I could still just do a signature cut. Before I could ask she said "what" very loudly and rudely to me. I was a little shocked and stuttered out that I still wanted to get a haircut, but she cut me off before I could ask her if I would need to cancel my original appointment and reschedule or if I could be a walk in. She yelled "can you let me finish? I still need to clean my station" at this point I felt incredibly anxious and definitely did not want her cutting my hair so I just turned around and left. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day but I don't feel welcome here anymore. If she had tried to communicate with me and allow me to speak and not speak over me she would have known what I was trying to say."

"Although the green hair lady Was nice she can’t even cut bangs. It’s not even curtain bangs or anything it’s Literally just straight bangs and They are extremely uneven and choppy. I don’t know How you can be trusted to cut hair and not even do Simple bang trims."
