My husband, David, had MULTIPLE cuts on his neck from the straight edge that was used on him and his skin burned for hours afterwards. Apparently the barber was not skilled! Both said the buzzers pulled and hurt and the barber apologized repeatedly but just kept on buzzing. Certainly not what you’d expect for the price you pay."
