"I have been going to Vicky for 14 years and I will NEVER go to another hairstylist!! She always does my hair perfectly and listens to exactly what my crazy ideas are and somehow makes it work! I love you Vicky!!!!!"
"This was my second time for color and cut...far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely love my hair now."
"I needed this prayer session so bad. Thank you guys so much."
"Every time I have an appt with Vicky Hoyer not only do I leave with beautiful hI lites, cut and curls but Vicky is always fun to be with too. She is kind, friendly, funny and has a heart of gold. No hairdresser works and gives it their all to give their clients what they want done to their hair more than Vicky. One very special hair stylist and lady."
"Let me just start out by saying my hair is difficult I know that however I always send pictures and have full length discussions about how difficult my hair is PRIOR to any hair appointment. I moved from WPB in November and haven’t had any luck finding a good hairdresser. I seen one and I had to travel back to WPB for them to fix it. My starting experience I did wait a few days before my phone call for an appointment was returned, when I talked to Vicky the first time I detailed how my hair looked, the difficulty, the color and my expectations. She assured me that she is well versed with difficult hair (kinky hair) and my hair color (bright red.) I did inform her I have my formula and I have a few boxes of my hair color from my salon in WPB. She told me You can send me the formula and color I will purchase it but I’m not comfortable using your color. I said no problem I just want this color used, “no problem, I’ll pick it up.” She also requested for me to send pictures of my hair. I sent 3 to show the different styles and pigment of my color. I made an appointment. I showed up and waited over an hour... when I arrived the women was getting shampooed still needed cut and styled. Text or phone call saying she was running late was never done. No biggie, then when I got into the chair she starts mixing the color and I notice the smell is not fimilar so I began to inquire “umm were you able to get my color?” We’ll actually no but I did the conversions and I have another one that I work with and it will be perfect. I was shocked that she wasn’t going to even tell me when I specifically asked...(I should have left then) I told her I’ll try it but I e already had bad experiences and I don’t want a repeat. Needless to say the color wasn’t the one I wanted. My end of hair is also a different color but instead she blended them together... why when it’s an ombré hair color? She did cut my bangs which looked good. I told her I wasn’t happy, she said we need to wait a few weeks and I will get your color and do it how you want. I had no other option so I booked another appointment (I cried the whole way home) On my second appointment I waited again 20 mins? She was completely cold towards me on my arrival, I sat down and she wasn’t able to get my color because the salon supply store closed down??! And I didn’t have mine. She offered to BLEACH my hair and then add in her red again to my hair. I declined but I made an appointment again for her to get my color. I sat in my car for an hour after leaving because I couldn’t stop crying again, i called from my car on the way home to cancel my appointment and request a refund. During the phone conversation she admitted to me needing someone better suited for my color and offered a recommendation. She gave me a $50 refund from my original appointment. I’ve actually debated writing this review for a few weeks and wanted to see how I felt when I wasn’t as emotional about it. I still believe 100% I was treated poorly. With the communication issues, timing issues, lack of experience with both red hair and kinky hair. I strongly recommend not using Vicky for your hair needs unless you have very simple and uncolored hair. Her scope of knowledge and professionalism was downright shocking. If she was unable to handle a situation she should have no agreed to take it on."
