My go-to service is a men's haircut and shampoo, and each visit has consistently left me impressed and satisfied. Making appointments is a breeze, and the automatic reminders sent to my mobile phone ensure that I never miss a visit. Over the years and between both locations, I've had the pleasure of experiencing the skills and friendly conversations of three different stylists, including my primary stylist, Nancy. Each stylist has brought their unique touch to the table, and I've walked away from every appointment very satisfied with the haircut. What truly sets Nancy and the others apart is their meticulous attention to detail, even with a simple men's haircut. Nancy, in particular, has consistently nailed the cut, understanding my preferences and making subtle adjustments with the changing seasons. The customer service is top-notch based on my experience during every visit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist, who offers a drink upon arrival, to the stylists who take the time to understand and deliver the perfect haircut. The waiting area has a large TV and a fascinating saltwater reef tank, making any brief wait before appointments enjoyable.
