"I had been coming here for years and love Annmarie and Brooke. However, I went to a new stylist right before the new year and wanted an accent balayage touch up. The stylist ended up dying the entire top of my head blonde. I was horrified when I got home and couldn’t even look in the mirror. They offered a “do-over” with a different stylist to which I accepted. Their solution was to gloss the whole thing. This has made my whole top of the head light while the bottom is dark. It also is now orange which I will need to buy a blue shampoo for. I told this stylist I still wasn’t exactly pleased with the outcome and that it was not what I wanted at all, to where she tried to convince me otherwise. I really can’t say I will ever be back after this experience. I am now terrified of ever having anyone do my hair as it’s never looked so bad."

"Extremely disappointed & frustrated with my experience at Ten Salon. I asked & paid $50 for a wet cut, long layers & for my hair to be thinned out. I have long dark brown hair that is very thick. After I went home with wet hair and waited for my hair to dry, I noticed my hair was completely chopped off on my entire right side. It looks like I got a bob. Definitely recommend not coming here for a haircut!"

"I highly recommend booking an appointment with Maddie Olson at the Ponte Vedra location! I recently booked an appointment with Maddie for a color, cut, and style. She was extremely knowledgeable about techniques and products that would work best for my fine thin hair. Maddie was very professional and carefully listened about the color and style I wanted. l loved how my hair looked and felt when I left her chair. She even gave me tips on how to blow-dry and style my hair at home. I will continue to book with her for all my style needs and recommend her to my family, friends, and co-workers."

"Great salon for both women's AND men's cuts! Both me and my wife go there. They have great stylist there but they have the best stylist for men's cuts there that I've ever had and I've been to many, and her name is Meg! Good luck getting an appointment with her, as she's always booked doing half men's cuts and half women's cuts & styling. Meg's prices are the same as other stylist at a typical salon, for women's cuts at least. For men's cuts she does cost more than what we're used to, but for good reason though, she is amazing! Also the nicest person who actually shows interest in the random stuff we talk about. If you're a guy and you care about your hair but you don't really take care of it, but you still want it to look good, then Meg and Ten Salon is totally worth it and the way to go! If you're a female, then it's a no brainer to go there. Just bring your man with you to get his hair cut too and he'll look fresh for sure!"
