"I went there last Friday asking for a caramel “ombre look” and showed a picture to the stylist, to which he said that what I wanted looked more like a balayage. However, the result doesn’t really look like either,, it just looks like I got highlights on some ends of my hair, and not a nice gradient from dark roots to caramel ends like I had asked for. I did raise concerns during the process and the stylist assured me it would look good as he was leaving some strands untouched for a more “natural” look. I thought it would be fine when he was done but looking at it now I see how sparse the bleached strands are. Overall disappointed with the experience. I wanted to get my hair done right so I thought the $250 would be worth it. Most surprising of all is they took me outside to a chair in the parking lot to process my hair in the sun. It was embarrassing, let alone incredibly hot. I was sweating under the salon cape so much. The salon looked great and professional and the stylist was very nice, I'm just disappointed with the result."
