"I would give 0 starts if this was an option. I am so incredibly shocked by the customer service of this salon that I had to share my experience. I just moved to Miami from New York, and was looking for a reputable salon for hair color. I reached out to Jonathan on instagram to ask questions about his business as I am brunette and it appears he specializes in blondes. He assured me he could take care of me and helped me book an appointment at the salon. I had confirmed with him and the salon the day before my appointment and was looking forward to it. When I got to the salon 5 minutes before my scheduled time, I was told by the receptionist than Jonathan was "sick" and wasn't able to do my hair. I recieved no phone call, no cancellation, nothing. I had taken a 1\2 day off of work and paid to park all to find out he didn't show for work. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following week. I reached back out to him on instagram to see what had happened and to make sure we were on for the following week. He read all of my messages and never responded. I got a confirmation from the salon the night before my appointment and then recieved a cancellation text immediately following. Such terrible customer service. I don't know how this man has been successful in running a business, he would never last a day in NYC. Beware."

"Jonathan and his amazing team changed my hair completely! They brought it back to life after someone had messed it up. If you love being a blonde or you’re trying to become one, please make sure you don’t let just anyone touch your hair. Blonde hair is delicate and it took me a very long time to find someone like Jonathan who actually knows what he’s doing and is a true professional! Highly recommend you consider him and his staff to treat your blonde hair. The salon is beautiful and elegant, very clean as well. Expect to be there the whole day and to pay a considerable amount but definitely worth it!!! Best team ever."
