"Unprofessional. If you're someone that cares about the health of your nails or hair, I'd be careful who you allow near it.. you'll ruin months and months of care and hard work on your hair/nails, even years of proper maintenance, just to have someone who could careless ruin your progress. Be careful!! My experience as a first time client: I was recommended to this salon. I called and confirmed my appt the morning of and reception said nail tech was running late and pushed it 30 mins. I was a first time client and I was understanding. Its Miami. Traffic..Not unusual for any salon. It's completely understandable. When I arrived, the hostess/receptionist said she wasn't here yet. I waited another 30 mins till she arrived- RED FLAG.. It was frustrating but understanding and didn't make a big fuss about it. I simply addressed my concerns so they are aware that its not a good sign for a first time client. They almost got a little defensive about it - RED FLAG. Come to find out, the lady they assigned to do my nails is a hair stylist and my impression was that she rarely does nails. Why did they assign a hair stylist for a nail appt? Million dollar question. -RED FLAG. It was a horrible experience nonetheless. The hair stylist continued to apologize while doing my nails and also continued reminding me that she's a hair stylist not a nail tech and that she doesn't do nails, mainly hair(not sure if she was "warning" me that she has minimal exp with nails- RED FLAG). So my big question was why did they schedule me with a hair stylist to do my nails??? They seem like nice people, but very unprofessional. There's a BIG difference. 2 days later, I glance over to my nails and noticed my thumb nail was torn at the corner where she didnt seem to have applied enough gel polish and appeared as if they were done weeks ago. She didn't seem to have all the right equipment for the job - RED FLAG. I might have exposed the aftermath of her workmanship, when I put my hair up in a ponytail and had hair caught in crease of the torn nail. Mind you, like alot of women, we take very good care of our nails to prevent unhealthy surprises. I've been religiously caring for my nails for 6 months now and I have yet to see them break at the base where my nail connects to the skin like it has this time. Giving the benefit of the doubt now a days is a risk. Lesson of the day: DON'T IGNORE THE RED FLAGS!!! ! I really would NOT recommend this salon for first timers. It's now costing me more money to redo my nails elsewhere. Best of luck!"

"I have been to this place three times. The first two, I had my hair colored and botox done and it was wonderful. The last time, the person who washed my hair (not the colorist but I believe may have been the owner) after it was colored, did such a poor job that my scalp was orange. When I got home, I must have washed it at least ten times and the color kept bleeding off. My pillowcase was ruined. It took five days of multiple daily washings for the bleeding to discontinue. It's really too bad as that day I also had a treatment of "celulas madres" which left my hair super soft and silky. Have not returned and will not return."
