"Zero stars. I been to this HC a couple of times because it is so close to me. Like usual, This Hair Cuttery has the worst customer service. Some of the staff need extreme customer service training. The lady yank on my hair and was extremely unprofessional and uneducated . I immediately ask to stop. She was insulting me. I ask for corporate number and she denied me the number. She was continue to be abusive and I left the place. I will call corporate tomorrow. I will never go back to Hair Cuttery."
