"I went by Play It Again Sports around 10:30 11 in the morning to have them look at a set of used women's golf clubs the store was busy but he asked if he could help me right away and what I told him I was there for he looked at them right away told me that he was not interested but thank me for bringing them in ask me my name and was very professional and polite I will visit Play It Again Sports again in the future"

"Went in looking for a ski tube and a rope and as I was examining and asking questions on a tube I was told in the interim they had a lot of “pricing to do “ and needed to go to lunch. I’m thinking , really?! But just kept looking at the tube. Was going to purchase used tube , even with slow leak until I found out it needed a special pump. Then Gerald stated that he was just going to throw it away, and kept saying he was embarrassed it was even on the floor. As I just needed it for one day really . (I explained this to him) so I offered him $25.00 for it , as he kept saying he was going to just throw it away. Then haggled for a minute and then Gerald rips out his knife or box cutter and slices the tube all the way down in a violent fashion and sates . “Well that’s done now”. I’m like wow ! Then he seemed infuriated as I stated you just lost a sale over principle ? He starts going off on me and then takes the ski rope I was going to buy away. I was never rude . I was more in shock. This Gerald violently slicing a filled up three seater tube right in front of my face was a bit frightening. Then refusing to sell me the ski rope. They were also rushing me out as I was putting the tube back earlier in this story. I’m literally putting the tube back and they are saying “we have to go to lunch in three minutes “ . Gerald seems to have some other issues and quite sure this is not his first complaint . This was the worst retail experience in my life and my first negative review ever. I’m a very nice and tolerant guy. I left shocked and taken aback. Any video watched will back up what I am saying. So I would make sure that tape of today is saved if corporate sees this today."

"I stopped by here to sell my poolside basketball hoop. It was never used but was a staged item for a house for sale. It was an expensive one that sells for around $400. I was kind of taken back that they weren't interested at and all and did not offer me anything. It is kind of a fun poolside sports item lol. Oh well I'll sell it on marketplace."
