"I had an appointment with Chris in which I scheduled 3 weeks prior and he just never showed up to the appointment, never called to say he couldn’t make it, no contact with me whatsoever. Even after the appointment he never called me to explain why he didn’t show up to the appointment or what happened. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my entire morning as I sat in his salon for almost an hour waiting. Definitely don’t recommend Chris or his salon."

"Have been turning to Chris McGowan for over 6 years now for my hair. As an owner of his own salon, it's great to support a local business. I know on a regular basis I look like a slob, but that's on me. Chris's work is outstanding and I always feel my best when leaving my appointments with him. I've noticed he has always cared deeply about the quality of the products he uses and regularly trains other stylists and professionals on proper coloring techniques. My dye jobs (?) from Chris always retain their boldness. I'm absolute garbage at the upkeep portion where I go back for touch ups, but the radical transformations are great fun!!"
