"I came to this location because I had a Groupon for a haircut, blow dry, and style for $40 that was gifted to me by my mother when I was going through a hard time. When I called to make the appointment, I mentioned the Groupon and had to provide my credit card information so that “if I cancel, I will be charged.” That was red flag number 1. Red flag number 2 is that when I arrived at the location, I was immediately told that I would be charged extra because of my long hair. I was cutting most of it off anyways so I didn’t see the reason to be charged more, but regardless, I agreed and proceeded to get my haircut. Red flag number 3, when it came time to pay, I gave the Groupon voucher number and she DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE. I got charged an extra $100 for the service because she refused to accept my Groupon. I had not realized that I had been scammed until I left and tried many times to call back but no response. I also did not notice how choppy and uneven my hair had been cut either. I am extremely upset that I was taken advantage of for my generosity especially after leaving a very good tip. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I advise others to not waste your time coming, you will be overcharged!!"
