"So upset with this haircut. It's not what I asked for and NOT what she said or showed in her fingers. I could have saved myself 43$ and just shaved it myself - who pays that much money for this kind of terrible haircut?!! It's embarrassing and you can't just glue it back on, now can you?! Your people need to listen to guests and not just do what they want. So, I guess what I'm saying is - why keep the notes and why ask how I like it if you're just going to ruin months of growth and do what you want as I walk out looking stupid and feeling ripped off."

"Not the type to leave a poor review but my husband got an AWFUL haircut here, we returned 10 minutes after he received it with intentions of getting a refund so he could get it fixed elsewhere. Manager stated no refunds policy was effective and did offer to fix it but my husband didn’t trust them to touch his hair again. He went to another shop to fix it, ultimately paid for 2 haircuts. Staff was courteous, but if the company wants to avoid negative reviews they should reconsider a refunds policy under these circumstances."

"Walked in and tried to get a haircut today but first I waited 15min because their system was malfunctioning. Fine... these things happen. After they say it's fixed I login and see 3 people ahead of me with a 52min wait. I ask if that time is accurate and am told it is. I let them know I will be next door and come back 25min later to see my name had been completely removed from the list without any explanation and now there is an additional hour wait! I never felt like anyone there wanted my business and am just very disappointed."
