"It is impossible to overstate how wonderful this talented and kind professional is. When I first called this salon, it was difficult seeking an appointment because I could not keep myself from crying long enough to leave the message. I intentionally tried over the weekend, because I was not sure I could get through a call in real time. I had been through years of appointments with specialists and trips to Quest, but with no definitive answer as to why my hair was constantly shedding or why it would fall out in big clumps every time I took a shower. I just wore hats, and my husband cut off the remnants. No, btw, it was definitively not Covid. That would have saved me all the specialist visits and snake oil treatments. If you are like me and your hair situation is traumatizing, I hope you will do as I did and work up the nerve to call Patti. She has a small charming salon off her house and will wear a mask, so you can feel safe being there if you are high risk. Most important, she is extremely kind. I don’t think I have ever had anyone so clearly give 110% to helping me feel good about myself enough to take off the hats. She spent so so much time with me. I could tell that it truly and personally mattered to her. Pick up the phone, and leave a teary message if you have to. Don’t lose your nerve before you leave your number. This is someone who will understand and call you back. Thank you so much, Patti. If everyone put their heart behind their talent like you do, we would be living in a vastly different world."

"I wanted my hair done and I was referred by a former client. So if to the salon, we book it two weeks in advance I'm all excited and then one hour before they call me and cancel because "her arm hurts" and "I'm just worried about your hair." Well then you should have just said no two weeks ago and it's extremely expensive. Extraordinarily unprofessional and unacceptable."
