"On Oct 31, after reading positive reviews, I made an appt as a first time client for Nov 23. On Nov 3, I had to reach out to her to ask her to "accept" the appt. on the 3rd party site she utilizes because it just sat there for 3 days. On Nov 20 (Sunday night before the week of Thanksgiving), she texted me, "I have to change your appointment due to going to see family for holiday. I can re schedule you for November 30th at 11:30 Am. Let me know if that works for you." No remorse, no apology and completely unprofessional behavior. I will not be rescheduling because respect for time should be a two way street and professional courtesy is still a thing for me."
