"We stayed at Orange Lake Resort. It was amazing. There are many things to do on site. Swimming, golfing, mimi golf, parks for kids. Not to mention the many areas to eat and lounges for drinks. Give it a try. It's worth your time. You will have many lovely memories here."

"Florida greens, gotta hate em. :) I'm form Illinois and couldn't get used to them in two days. It's a beautiful corse with nice people running it and play went quickly on a mid-day, mid-week tee time."

"I would give 5 stars, except the guy working inside the pro shop at the Reserve was extremely rude. He claims his name was Sam but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a fake name. We are members of the Holiday Inn timeshare and frequent this resort. We paid for 18 holes but were not told until check-in that only the back 9 were available. When we got to hole 10 to check-in with the employee watching the 10th hole, he was extremely welcoming and friendly. He informed us that since the front 9 were closed, that we could go to the pro shop and get refunded the difference and play the 2nd 9 on the Crane course if we did not want to play the back 9 two times. We went to the pro shop (around 2:15pm on Sept12) and the individual told us very rude that the guy outside works outside because he doesn't know what he's talking about and that if we change courses, it's actually 12.50 more per player even though it's a cheaper course and we were not told when booking the 18 that only 9 holes were available. He is definitely not someone I'd want to be the face of or represent my company. The gentleman outside checking the golf carts and clubs out were extremely friendly and helpful! The courses were fun but not sure well be back with the horrible customer service INSIDE the proshop."

"I'd give Orange Lake Resort in Florida a 3-star rating. The golf course has some tight holes, lacks longer ones, but offers a challenging setup with plenty of sand traps and water features. Disappointingly, golf carts are no longer available. As for the resort, it's divided into three parts, each with its own features. Staff quality varies; some are very helpful, while others aren't. Timeshare owner discounts aren't consistently applied, and there are extra expenses even for owners, making ownership benefits less appealing. A word of caution: avoid shopping at the marketplace and Island Trader shops due to high upcharges. Consider Target across the street for better deals. Save your money for resort activities, which often come with additional costs."

"Don, Anthony and Ryan were amazing! Such incredible customer service. Crane’s Bend was beautiful and the rental clubs were awesome. Ryan made sure we had a great evening of golf and spent extra time with my son to make sure his bday was special."
