"My friend and I booked a tour for 6pm on October 15th. 1 hour prior to the tour we received an email stating we were being refunded, we never requested a refund or cancellation. Then 30 minutes later we got a text saying we needed to sign the waiver for our tour tonight. So we tried calling the provided business number, which is a nonworking number. We tried emailing and reaching out on social media, no answer. We showed up at the location and the business was locked up and no one was in sight running the front desk. I would have been fine with a cancellation if there were better communication. It seemed kind of rude to leave us high and dry. We were really looking forward to the tour as it had some amazing reviews. Still waiting to hear back about what happened :("
