"This place is fantastic for young kids! We were a walk in and they quickly accommodated us and squeezed both my kids in for cuts. Shirley cut both my kids hair, she was friendly, listened to my requests and did a fantastic job on both cuts. The kids loved the fun chairs, and the balloon and lollipop they received after their cuts. I would recommend making an appointment as they seem pretty busy. We will definitely be back for our next hair cuts!!!"
"Usually take my son here but I won’t anymore. I called to ask if they take walk ins and they said they do but the morning is busy so come after 4. When I got there she said there were 3 appointments ahead and did I want to wait and I said that was fine, as a walk in o expect to wait. When I realized I never put my name in I went to the desk to ask if I needed to and the lady cutting hair rudely went off about how she doesn’t have time for him and went on about the other appointments she had waiting. Also to note this was not at closing time which I would have understood."
"I have been coming here for a while now. I made an appointment at 12:40pm. I showed up at 12:45 and they had a “closed for lunch sign” up. Mind you I drove 30 minutes to come to this appoint with 2 little kids. She said because it takes 20 min for a cut, I had to reschedule. By this time it was 12:50. I’m not sure what kind of horrible customer service this is, but when I showed up at 12:45 she could’ve cut his hair and taken her lunch 5 min later. She acted like I showed up at 1pm. It was ridiculous after I told them everything I just went through. The girl kept arguing and going on with an attitude and just had horrible customer service. Never again will I be back here after I’ve spent so much money here and never had an issue like this. But over 5 min …. To tell me that. And says well you showed up at 12:50 but mind you I was sitting outside a locked business since 12:45 when it says they don’t close until lunch. So it shouldn’t have even been locked yet. Very disappointing!!!"
"It’s incredibly easy to make an appointment ahead of time. I highly recommend Chelsie. This was our second time here with our 1 year old (who was very upset with getting his hair cut). Chelsie was so kind to both myself and my little guy and she gave him a beautiful haircut. She was patient, understanding, and did her best to calm him. I can’t recommend her enough and we’ll be coming back for her service in the future!"
