"This place is no longer Donna Salon and should not be on Google. Donna Salon closed long ago. The phone number listed actually goes to a barbershop in Riverview. There's a woman working at this address who is clearly not Donna. There's also a woman doing legal work at a desk inside. No one speaks English. When trying to make an apopintment while at this place, the woman cutting hair wrote "Donna Salon" on her personal business card with her cell number. Some kind of scam. Don't be expecting Donna Salon."

"This was my first time at this salon. I was told to be there at 6:00 for my appointment and was not attended until 7:40 I can’t believe I waited that long, I only waited because I’ve been looking forward to having my hair smoothed down with the keratin treatment. I have extremely frizzy hair. When I got my Hair washed I got my shirt all wet. The stylist pulled my hair hard with the flat iron as he was finishing up. It was just so obserd! My eyes burned from the keratin product I’m a little bit concern now of what he used on my hair because I do not remember my eyes burning from the keratin product. Beware save your money and go elsewhere ! Very unprofessional service. First and last time! Oh and he was very pushy to buy some shampoo products from him from a website. Never again will I go somewhere that ive never been or recommended to. I feel like an idiot for even coming to this place!"
