"Greetings to all, My 1 star is because it's an easy place to find, huge parking space, many tables to play, and awesome billard players. Now, -4 star because of customer service. So, it was me and my cousin who went to play pool. As our first time ever, we didn't know that it charges 2 people individually and not as a group ($2 per person). The waitress, saw me and my cousin playing pool about 3 times (the first time when she asked us if we wanted drink, then 2nd time when she brought the drink, 3rd time when she asked us if we wanted to stay longer). On the 3rd time, is when she told me that she only charged me to play and when it is supposed to be 2 people (individually) charged. I got a call from the mayor of Fort Myers (due to a project we are doing). I had to leave asap. When leaving, I forgot what ball the waitress gave me when you turned your ID in (you need to turn in your ID or credit card for collateral). There are 2 types, the all white ball and the one that has red dot everywhere. When I told the waitress, "So sorry, I forgot which ball is it - is it this one?". The waitress replied (in a bothered manner), "It doesn't matter, just give me the ball." I gave her the ball, she took it and once I was leaving, she gave me a attitude look with an attitude gesture while saying "Bye." Not sure why she was mad at me. Because of her customer service, I rate this -4 star, and I won't go back there. My cousin plays tournament billard in his country (Puerto Rico) and is seeking to maybe go pro one day. I thought Micue Lounge was the right place for him to grow his talent. But with this kind of treatment, no thank you. Kind regards Royce"
