"If I could give zero Stars I would the people here are absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers and the way they keep their store. You really need to think about who you're putting in the front to deal directly with customers because they need training. The problem is nobody's being held accountable anymore for anything. so people can do whatever they want and treat people however they want. I work with customers everyday if one of my employees were to ever treat a customer that way they would for sure be getting a write-up."

"This review is EXCLUSIVELY for Bill with Loss Prevention. We’ve been shopping around all morning throughout the stores and the sensors at the entrances have been going off. As soon as we walked into Ross and told Bill that what’s been happening, he very knowingly told us it was either a Micheal Kors or Coach like brand that has sensors in the wallets. We checked and sure enough there was one. He truly knew exactly what to look for. I’m sure he is doing a great job making sure the store is being kept up with a great smile and eager to help. Give Bill a Raise."

"They offer great prices on kids clothing, toys and bath products, but it is hit or miss if you can find nice clothing or shoes, depending on their stock that week. They also offer lots of junior sized shirts, tees and pants. Not a great array of women’s or kids shoes. Some cute and very well priced baby clothes and gifts. Not the prettiest store, but each area is marked well and it is clean. Plenty of parking, And it’s located in a convenient shopping Center with Dollar Tree and Target and restaurants."
