"I had my pool finished with Pool Boys . They used Ecofinish and it was too slick and several people were falling. Sharon , Jeff etc. They came back out and redid it. Still too slick. The pool began leaking shortly afterwards. They blamed the pool installer and the pool installer blamed them. They walked off the job when I told them to figure it out and work with the contractor. He told me “good luck with your Frankenstein pool” and hung up and never returned calls or came out again. They are lucky I could not sue them because I paid my contractor directly and not them. They are horrible . Horrible experience . They talk the talk , but when the problems arise …. Gone! It was peeling, cracking and leaking. Do not do business with this company . All they care about is the money . They do not stand behind their work. Their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. I learned the hard way. Update … All of These pictures are from pool boys plastering. All of them . Ecofinish helped provide a reputable installer to fix all of the issues that you would not. The pool is so much better now that people aren’t falling all over the place. I just wish I never fell for your sales pitch. We trusted you and You walked away. Shame on you !!!"
