"I had a great experience with this company. 1. They showed up on time, on the day the visit was scheduled. 2. Quickly determined the problem area. 3. Fixed the broken part. 4. Cleaned the area after the repair was done. Herchell was the technician, who was professional and efficient. William, the supervisor, called me after the project was done to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction, and I had no further questions. All in all 5 start experience. Thank you!"

"Stay away from this company by all means. They don't know how to treat a Customer or how to order a part. They had me go through hoops because they asked for a model number of my heat pump and yet they sent the wrong part. Not happy with that, Sherry stated that because of me, she had to order the (wrong) part and that she had to go through the bother of returning it. I ended up with a $180 charge for a tech going to my house just to say that they sent in the wrong part and that it was their mistake; Alex even said that he had let his office know to make sure to tell him when they were ordering technical parts. She states that they did diagnosis (which they didn't) and that she has to pay for gas, payroll, etc... If they would have brought the right part to begin with, I would have been OK, but not a good policy to blame the Customer, give them an attitude and then charge them for just sending a tech with the wrong part. Shame on you guys. Will not do business ever with them again. Stay away."
