"Calan (the manager) saved this from being a very long, and very negative review. I will not say that from ordering our food to actually get it an hour later was easy or fun. I will say that he was professional and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Not only did he ensure we got new, fresh food, but we saw him working other registers in the Urban Panty area and pleasing customers. He is excellent and made a bad situation a tolerable one."

"Easy three and a half stars. We are at the wok station. Fresh ingredients, but the meal lacked a little flavor. Not bad for in-hotel food, but I had a few better meals on our trip."

"We have eaten at the Wok Station many times. We had not been there for over a year so I was surprised that it just wasn’t up to par. Although they serve a large amount of noodles and the veggies appeared to be cooked well the chicken was over cooked leaving it to chewy and unpleasant. We’ll give them another try as it just may have been an off night. I figured I would pass this along so others can use their own judgement when eating there."

TIP: I recommend reading through the reviews for a better understanding of which “station” is being reviewed by the reviewer. Ordered from Roast for supper. Had the Crispy Chicken with Buffalo Hot Sauce and served with blue cheese sauce: All of my tastebuds lit up like a Christmas tree. I was very happy with the way my order came out. UPDATE 2022-11-02: Had wood oven pizzas (Margherita and Garden) and the crust was nice and thin and cooked to perfection (a 7.4 for those who are familiar with Dave Portnoy!). Probably my favourite pizza on this trip to Florida, though I don’t understand why there wasn’t any tomato sauce on either pizzas."

"I will say I was hesitant due to other reviews but since we were on vacation we slept in until 10 and they have breakfast available until 11. Our breakfast visits were amazing! Everything came out rather quickly. We had a pool day and ordered some pizza later and that was delicious too. For the convenience of being in lobby of our hotel it's great. We visited each day we were there! Portions are nice. This is our second visit to Aventura and we were actuality bummed out we didn't get breakfast here on our last visit."
