"After 3 very long years of construction on our new home with questionable contractors, it was a pleasure to finally work with a great company, Pugh Pools, to design and build our pool. We encountered problems with the town permitting (nothing to do with Pugh pools) but they tried to help us out along the process; more than what was required of them. Once our permit problems were finally resolved, they were able to build. They kept us in the loop on the process with what was happening and when. Our resulting pool is better than we ever thought it would be. Absolutely beautiful! We have never owned a pool so they also helped us after the build to learn what we needed to know. We signed up for their weekly maintenance/cleaning and that has worked out perfectly. The only issue we ever had was getting a quick response sometimes. I guess that is because they are really good and really busy. A few extra texts usually solved the problem or a phone call. I would highly recommend this company! One of the few contractors we dealt with that did what they said they were going to do (and more) which was a pleasure during a stressful new house build."

"They helped design and install a beautiful new pool in Delray. I found all the employees to be very professional, considerate and knowledgeable - a especially the owner. They paid attention to small details, including laying out the equipment neatly. They offer great selection of tile and stand behind the quality of their final product. Pools in Florida do seem to take a while to build, primarily because you have to get numerous inspections and wait for one of the two suppliers to spray the concrete walls. The owner was very fair, honest and helpful keeping the design and budget in sync. I am very happy with the final product and would absolutely use Pugh Pools again."
