"I cannot rate the nail services because I was not even able to have the service done. I booked my appointment, for the first time, a week in advance for DIP services. I am allergic to all other services, so I need to do DIP. When I arrived, I was told to wait... about 30 min after my appointment time, the lady who was going to do my nails told me she does not do DIP and that I should try something else. After explaining to her, multiple times, that I could only do DIP and her telling me that I wasn't actually allergic to their products, I was told to wait a few more minutes. After about another 10 minutes, someone else came to tell me that they did not have the products to do DIP. Another worker told me that "nobody does DIP anymore, so they don't have the products". I do not understand how they can advertise a service that they cannot do. I left work early and wasted 45 minutes in the salon waiting for a service that I was never given. Very unprofessional."
