"I was a loyal client of Lana Lashes and had the opportunity to get my lashes done by Julia, Lyuba, and Hanna. Let's not forget that one of them was an intern who ended up taking six hours doing my lashes twice! It is incredibly disappointing that they canceled my appointment three times in a row, with two of those cancellations happening without any prior warning. I received a notification on my phone while I was on my way there, despite living 30 miles away. This resulted in a waste of both my time and gas. The third appointment was scheduled for a Sunday, but they sent me a text message the day before canceling it. I decided to book another appointment and called to reschedule. However, the lady on the phone hung up on me. When I called back 10 minutes later to address the issue, she laughed at me. Furthermore, she never checked my appointment details and falsely claimed that my appointment was on Saturday and rebooked it for Monday, when it was actually supposed to be on Sunday. While I can understand that they might be busy, the lack of professionalism on the phone, the laughter, and the failure to acknowledge my appointment day have shown me that it's not a place I want to return to. Update I appreciate your apology, but I still have doubts about whether you have taken any steps to address the issues in your business since I posted my original review a year ago. Additionally, I want to bring up a concerning incident that happened to my friend. She visited your establishment a couple of times after my unfortunate experience. However, she ended up having a really bad reaction in one of her eyes after getting her lashes done by one of your students. In her phone call, She effectively communicated the issue, but they responded rudely on the phone, guilt-tripping her even though she followed all the indications. It is disheartening to hear that these issues are still prevalent even after a significant amount of time has passed. As a loyal client who had a negative experience and now hearing about my friend's unfortunate situation, I am hesitant to recommend your business to others. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary actions to improve the overall experience and safety your clients."

"It was my first time getting permanent lashes , and beauty does require patience! My daughter and I loved the boutique boujee vibe! My lashes were beautiful afterward. We did the cat eye look. For first-timers, the cost was $70-$80. I thought that was reasonable and fair. Violetta was the name of the technician. She was kind and patient for a first-timer. I highly recommend this place for knowledge of the craft in terms of making sure your lashes are put on with care and safety. Your eye and eyelash health are worth it!"

"Lana did an absolutely amazing job on my lashes, she is a perfectionist through and through, exactly how I wanted them, best I’ve ever had done! I like natural looking lashes and usually I find that is for some reason harder to achieve than the super long ones. 10/10"

I’ve been getting my lashes done for the past 4 years and was in need of a new Lash artist who I could trust. When I found Lana I felt overjoyed, and was so impressed with her work. She’s professional, INCREDIBLY talented, and actually cares about her clients. She is meticulous, and her work is above what I've seen anywhere else. Because of her, I've been able to achieve volume in my lashes while also maintaining the health of my lashes!
