"She doesn’t even deserve 1 star for the horrible customer service she provides. I’ve used her services twice, and she’s never on time, but last week was the last straw. I set an appointment for my fiancé to get his locs retwisted at 9 AM and paid a $25 deposit prior. We were at this lady’s salon since 8:40 am and it was 9:20 am still wasn’t there, didn’t call or text. When we finally called her she was still sitting at home without communicating, she wouldn't be there. We were flustered and requested a refund instead, and she said “you don’t have to be rude about it” and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON US. When we called back she was rude yelling at us saying “It’s not like you deposited $200 to be acting like this” and proceeded to tell us how she has 4 kids, and we don’t know what’s going on. As the customer, It doesn’t matter what’s going on, the least you could’ve done was communicate you couldn’t make it or would be late. It’s like she didn’t want to give us a refund and was SCREAMING AND CURSING at us on the phone. She is the worst hairstylist and so-called business owner I have ever dealt with and really does NOT care about what she’s doing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT, and takes frustrations out on customers for her wrong doing. If you want my advice, DON’T WASTE your time using her services."

"Made an appointment for 9am. I arrived early as well. No one showed up, I texted her at 903am, and did not get a response. Then I called her around 915 to confirm how far out she is, she is still at home not responding. I ask for my deposit back because at this point I have been outside the door waiting for 15+mins and she gets rude and wants to yell. Check the cameras if you want confirmation. She was very rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. If you run a business and you will be late for your appointment, it is your duty to communicate with your clients. No matter what. Don't make excuses, you took the deposit to confirm the 9am appointment, also saying you will be there for the appointment. She has been late every single time. This business is terrible. I wish no bad upon anyone, but you have improvements to make. Never going here again, never recommending this place to anyone. I would give zero starts if that was an option."
