"My first time at this salon. I booked with low expectations due to past experiences but desperately needed a professional trim. I got that and more from Dihann. My hair was moisturized for 2wks. I have high porosity, medium-high density hair, dry 4c, wet 4b hair lol. I got a twist out, left in for a week. So many compliments. Took them down a week later, even more compliments. Did nothing but tied my hair down. My confidence and hair has been elevated. I'll be driving over an hour to get my hair done cause I cant take others not knowing what their doing with natural hair other than pressing. This is a REAL NATURAL HAIR SALON."

"Diahann did my coil hair. She’s great, gives a wonderful message. She provided tons of information about natural hair care without a hard sell. The shop is always clean and never crowded or loud. The background music is always relaxing, which is a major pet peeve of mine. If you come make sure you park in the back of the shop, because it’s located on a major high traffic boulevard. I was very pleased with the salon. High end without being overly pretentious. The relaxing atmosphere is wonderful. They provide a variety of services. My favorite part is they take walk-ins. Highly recommend."

"Horrible first experience. I was so excited after reading the reviews to finally go to a salon that specializes in curly hair. To say it took courage to allow a hairdresser to touch my hair is an understatement. I've been doing my own hair for the last 40 years. When I got there I was left sitting there while she attended to seven other people and it seemed as though they forgot about my appointment even though I received two confirmations. I would never want to sit there while the hairdresser hops around to different clients. I was so disappointed I went to a salon about two blocks away and had a great experience!"

They are always friendly and listens to what she is trying to get done to her hair by taking the time to see her pics she collects to express it.
