"If you love yourself, please stay away from this place. First of all, this salon is extremely dirty, which is surprising given the price tag. Secondly, there is miscommunication between IG booking manager and salon staff. I requested to book parallel mani & pedi with the top master (it was a must requirement for me). I was communicated the pricing and promised 15% discount as a first time client. The day of the service I was told they can’t accommodate my parallel service request, so we’ll have to do one after another, so I’ll have to stay longer. I had time and agreed to that change. However, during the manicure my skin was cut multiple times, including 2 big cuts on the sides of the nail, and it still hurts a lot. Before starting pedicure with another master I asked her for alcohol to apply on the cuts, and she said it was my job to communicate to the master that I’m sensitive. I said that’s the reason I only book top masters. From the look on her face I realised that neither previous master, no her is actually a top master, so I asked her to confirm. She confirmed that the person who did my manicure is a new top master. I sensed the lie and went online to check the names of top masters, and these people were not them. Pedicure was better but I still ended up getting one cut that hurts (see the picture.) At the end I was told my bill was $280, while based on what I was communicated it should have been around $200. I insisted on getting the promised discount and explained the failure to provide me with the quality service I was coming for. They ended up giving me extra $20 off for my troubles. Bottom line, it’s a few days before the new year, my hand hurts, my foot hurts, I felt disrespected and lied to and I paid $218 for this. I learned my lesson and I hope my review helps other ladies to avoid such an experience."
