"I never no show/ no call any appointments, but unfortunately I no showed my appointment because my Father died suddenly without any warnings (Sudden Death/Unforeseen). My sisters and I had to get his funeral and burial arrangement done. I forgot to reschedule my appointment due to me being emotionally invested to giving my dad a proper funeral and mourn the lost of our dad with my sisters.
