"I’ve been visiting Dr.Throwers office since I was a teenager when he was located in Miami Shores. His new staff are nice but quality of service has dropped. Any old customers will understand once they receive treatment. The old staff knew what they were doing and understood your skin needs. The new young ladies are learning I hope they learn quickly. Because a few of the older customers I spoke to have said the same thing."
