"absolutely ruined my hair. I asked for her to cut the tips and she literally chopped off my hair. Never once asked if I wanted a relax and did it anyway. The girl who originally cut my hair is Cuban and had no idea what she was doing and parted it in four way and just chopped it off. Andrea did try to fix it but even she didn’t know what she was doing. Finally was able to go to a real hairstylist and she did the best she could. But they absolutely ruined my hair."
