"I’ve been going to this salon for years but recently I’ve lost faith in them . Every stylist I loved cutting my hair has left. Twice I’ve had Marci who charged me $47 for a slight trim wash and blow dry. I know things have gone up but in previous years for a more detailed cut I was never charged that much. I’m looking to go somewhere else ."

"I was told the balayage was suppose to be a more blended look then the highlights that I originally intended to get. But I was left with straight horizontal bleach lines in my hair. Also, during our discussion when deciding if I wanted a balayage or highlights, he never told to me that my roots were not going to be bleached, dyed or blended. So now it looks like I have weeks of outgrowth when I had just walked out of my appointment. When I mentioned to him that my roots were not done and color was not blended, I was dismissed and told to trust the process…In addition, the comb he used on me had someone else’s hair tangled up inside bristles."

"This place is consistently bad. My last 2 experiences have been horrible. I’ve had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. I should’ve known after the first time but wanted to give them a 2nd try. I should’ve known something was weird when the lady cutting my hair told me I had a cowlick…first time I’ve heard that in 29 years!!! No lady, it’s not a cowlick, you cut it crooked. Even after I asked her to fix it, she said it wasn’t the cut, it was my hair. Insane."

"I went in to get my hair colored and Nika managed to make my hair the color I have wanted for 2 years! I had gone to other stylists who never were able to achieve what she did. She is also very personable, sweet, very customer oriented, and you can tell she not only enjoys what she does but she is quite the expert at it. I highly recommend her and will be going to her from now on!"
