"If I could post zero stars I would. I was swayed by the number of positive reviews and found myself in having to take advantage of what I had near me. I was not expecting a fancy place but certainly a clean and friendly establishment. Unfortunately this was far from it. Zero communication with me, hot scolding water for a pedicure, and she nearly ripped my heels off with the cheese grater. I asked her to please stop and let her know she was not very nice. Oh after I said that.. all hell broke loose! The entire staff when on a rampage in their native Asian tongue. It kept getting louder and louder. Mind you this was all happening before my comment, all because I refused to also get a manicure. It’s unfortunate that businesses do not value a simple level of kindness and courtesy. Those 2 simple things go a LONG way. I’m willing to get passed minor details, but a smile and acknowledgement is a non-negotiable for me always. Don’t be rude… do better."

"terrible service , my nails were bad and had lumps on them & she didn’t know what a refill was and wanted me to pay her before she polished my nails , HORRIBLE SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"My experience was great, my first time at this salon and im very happy. The tech at seat 10 was great at doing my acrylic filling and pedicure lady did an awesome job with the polish. I will definitely go back again. I came in without appointment and i was seated right away."
