"I had a haircut from Maria on 3/23/23 at the Miramar location. She claimed to be cutting hair for 17 years so I would assume she knew what she was doing. She clearly didn’t. I had long, Pocahontas type hair and asked for layers. This is what she gave me, two rectangular shaped bangs with boxy, sloppy, skater cut type layers. I can not even begin to express how terrible and humiliated I feel by this “cut”. I was better off cutting it myself. I was kind and verbalized to her I didn’t like it and she continued to argue with me and blame it on my “thick hair”. Oh, let me not begin on how she absolutely mutilated my bangs and now they don’t even sit flat on my head anymore but stick up as if I got struck my lightening. all of my loved ones look at me like I’m crazy wondering who cut my hair and why I paid this woman. I am sorry. I am miserable and this is not okay."
