"Update: I first went in to get a dip manicure and to keep this short it was very disappointing. The nail tech that was assigned to me was very aggressive and almost every cuticle at the end was bleeding and tender. The end result was just as bad. HOWEVER, I later called the establishment asking if they could book me an appointment to remove the polish, and Jay was extremely nice and took the time to accommodate me. He (basically) insisted to redo it, without a cost, and the end results was exactly what I wanted them to be. He was careful with my injured cuticles and it was obvious he was a very talented nail tech. I'm very happy with the way he dealt with the situation. The establishment is clean, organized and the workers are really nice. I guess I just had a bad experience and will ask to not work with her again."

He not only does what you want but he actually puts his effort and skills into it and truly makes it an art. I can relax and be myself the environment us very chill and friendly.
