"What a terrible experience!!! I went to this salon feeling super hopeful because his Instagram has great pictures of hair. Cesar was supposed to do my hair but instead he gave the job to a makeup artist and only checked on it once during the whole process. The lady completely burnt my hair from over processing it. She had to cut off about 3 inches because she burnt it so much (and had the audacity to charge me for it). She left streaks in my hair which she covered with dark hair dye (she even messed up and got my jeans stained.. did not even apologize) another lady came to help her and she was rushing and accidentally got some on my bangs… so she proceeded to dye half of my bang dark (didn’t even make the other side the same).. I have no idea what they did because my hair looks burnt but even darker than before. DO NOT COME HERE!!! completely unprofessional. My hair is ruined because of these people."

"Loved the coloring Cesar did but then I was shuffled around after 5 hours of being at the Salon to Lina the stylist who when I asked for 2 inches of my hair to be cut. She instead cut my hair dried which normally this process is done when your hair is wet, told me to stand up and mind you she is shorter than me in height and I’m only 5’3 and started cutting off roughly 5 inches of my hair and left my hair short in the front and long in the back. Internally I wanted to cry because this stylist completely ruined my hair and left me a week later with a botched haircut that looks completely unprofessional for the amount of money I paid and now I have to let my hair grow out which will take months due to the mess the stylist left me in."
