"When arrival to a 60 minute massage I was indicated to wait as workers were setting up from previous customers. This took time out of my session. From 60 minutes I received a 40 minute massage. Later, when I was ready to check out, I was told that gratuity was 25% and that out of my service cost that would be starting at $60 and up. My massage was $120. When I gave $40 gratuity I was given a nasty look. I’m giving the massage itself a 2/5. Never again!"
