"This salon does wonderful blowouts but NOT on natural or thick hair. My daughter has and wears her hair natural and wanted her hair straight for a special occasion and I brought her in for a Dominican Blowout but they damaged her hair so bad it took 6-9 months for it to go back to it's healthy state. My daughter's hair was broken badly in SO many places. As soon as she was done I smelled her hair fried but attributed it to the products that were used. It took about 6 washes to finally get the burnt smell out. It was really sad. They either rushed the process because she has a lot of thick hair and were overwhelmed or they just don't know how to properly blowout anything other than straight hair. I wouldn't recommend this salon for a blowout at all for anyone with thick, curly nor healthy hair. It's not worth it. Another thing that I noticed was the inconsistency of the prices given. I made an appointment with one lady and the day of the appointment she wasn't there and another lady attended to us and raised the price by $25 because my daughter had "a lot of thick hair"."
