"Ben had his assistant text me to cancel my first appointment ONE HOUR before my appointment. I didn’t see the text and drove 12 miles to this salon. He has never called to apologize or set up a new appointment (I worked downstairs from his salon in Saks! He even PASSED BY ME one day and never said a word). Even his assistant did not offer an option for a future appointment. As I look at other reviews, I see that this behavior is a pattern. I often wondered why Saks would allow this behavior with their name attached to that salon. I’m pretty sure this is the definition of unprofessional! You would think Ben would run downstairs to apologize and offer a new appointment. I can only imagine his work is on par with his manners. I’d pass this guy by, there are plenty of well-mannered stylists in town who appreciate their clients."
