"So I found this salon by searching google and figured I would give it a shot since they are so close to my home. Made an appointment online with Sarah because her availability worked for me. I could not be happier with my hair and the whole experience. She took my pretty minimal explanation of what I wanted and knocked it out of the park. She literally brought color back into my face. The color and the cut are perfect, And to top it off, she is so sweet and easy to talk to. I will 100% be back. Thank you so much Sarah!"

"I showed up on to my appointment with a new hairdresser , Fabiana. I decided to give this salon a try since it had very good reviews...... completely opposite of my experience Today. The receptionist told me that Fabiana was running behind because her appointment before mine came in late. I sat and waited for more than 30 minutes. Fabiana did not even made eye contact and approached me. I approached the receptionist to find out why is was taking so long and the receptionist was busy on the phone with a client call. At this point, I just walked out and left the salon. Very dissapointing, unprofessional and horrible first impression. What is the purpose of making an appointment??"

Her analysis of my hair was spot on, she even advized me something different then I had in mind. She got my haircolor immediately right (unlike every hairdresser I went to the past 2 years!!!).
