My appointment was not relaxing, too many other co-workers walking in & out of her room. I saw her work on social media & it caught my attention. I was looking for a new nail tech so I said.. let me try her. I received a Botched job from Rosie. I booked a fullset of nails & acrylic toes. When I sat in her chair I told her I wanted coffin shaped nails and they still came out wide and square. I even showed her a pic of the shape I wanted & she still didn't get it right. The acrylic she did on my toes came out a little lumpy. I felt as though she didn't put much effort into doing my nails. I was very disappointed in how she did my nails & toes. Maybe she was having a bad day. I didn't complain to her because I knew I wasn't coming back for any of her services."
