"If you are not Haitian don’t go to this place of business. Josie is an amazing nail tech. Beside When I went with my friend who is haitian everything is ok.Today I made an appointment for 12 noon and I arrive 15 early. I was double booked. The haitian client was taken before me. I was not address after the nail tech was 20 minutes late. I left, went shopping for an hr and half came back. When I voice my concerns. I was told I wasn’t aware of your appointment. I’m a cosmetologist I understand things happen. I called on Wednesday and confirmed the appointment. I try to support black own business but it so difficult because the lack of customer service and professionalism is non existent"
