"HORRIBLE experience!! Made an appointment online but when I arrived was told they were short staffed and that I would have to wait for 3 people ahead of me. The first stylist barely spoke English and she didn't understand what I was saying. Then the 2 stylists working moved SO slow with no sense that people were waiting. The attitude of one of the stylists was extremely rude. I should have read the reviews before booking this appointment as there are a LOT of negative reviews with similar experiences to mine. Will never go here again. To ownership: don't send me the "I'm sorry....blah blah blah" routine. You obviously have read the negative reviews and have chosen NOT to address the issues."

"Went for a simple trim with Maria and she cut layers on my already thin hair. Now it looks even thinner . On top of it I was charged more than the price of a haircut. Never again, it’s going to take me months for this haircut to grow out . Very upset and never going back!"

"The worst hair dressing experience ever. I came in with my mom and brother and the hairdresser did not listen to anything that my mom instructed, her English is not good but he said he understood what she asked for which was a TRIM, as he wanted to keep his hair short. I repeated this information in English to make sure he understood and he said he did. He ended up cutting off half his hair off, leaving it extremely short and when my mom told him nicely that this was not what we asked for he responded rudely and with an attitude. Again, my mom’s English is not very good, so she was trying to communicate and he would just answer rudely and when she told him that it was too short he would tell she to let him do his job and to sit down. Obviously, after this man’s disgusting attitude and failure to do his job correctly, my mom refused to pay, and he again got mad, was rude, and disrespectful, raising his voice and saying no one was leaving without paying, luckily the other worker, Maria, was very understanding and helped my mom while the incompetent was whining and complaining like a child, making rude and snarky remarks, acting extremely unprofessionally. I was obviously disgusted and shocked at his behavior, and assure we will never be visiting this location again, because if I’m paying for a service I should be allowed to tell you when you are doing something wrong and I should never have to deal with the immature attitude this individual was displaying. I do not know his name but he has brown roots and with blonde ends and had glasses. Hopefully, this salon gets better employees in the future."

"My wife loves her new haircut! Maria took her time to make sure my wife’s hair was perfect. Thank you for your excellent service today. The interior was clean and the workers were taking walk ins. I would highly recommend this location."
