"Can't find a number anywhere to cancel appointment I had today. It's not like the place is slamming with business to not take phone calls. The ladies here are hit or miss. I've come here since Cathy was here and I was little. It's gone downhill over the last 5+ years. Surprised it's still in business. Now $25 for a haircut. Some which leave you feeling worse than when you went in. They charge you to blow dry which even 8 years ago that was not a thing. With the cold weather right now I would love to walk out without a wet head but alas $18 on top of $25 is not worth it! Thankful they aren't charging for a shampoo. I'd think they were nuts if they ever tried that. I've gotten 2 great girls here. One left recently and just met Brenda. Brenda alone I give 5 stars. Company itself is why the 3. I hope to reschedule with Brenda but without a number I can't until I have time to go by salon again."

"I went in on my lunch break asked for an undercut that had grown out and asked the lady to go up a little bit higher. When she showed me in the mirror, she did not do an undercut she shaved me bald. I wear my hair up and now I look like I have a bowl cut the worst haircut I have ever had in my whole entire life if I could get a -10 stars I would I do not recommend this place truly considering other options on how to have this rectified, because in actuality, can’t do anything for a baldhead, except allow it to grow back !!!"

"Katie was fantastic! She did everything I love from a hair dresser: asked what I wanted, followed through, and checked in during and at the end. I have long hair and most people cut more off than I want. She did a quick but accurate dry cut (30 minutes). 1" trim and layers at the front. She was also lovely to talk to, sweet and fun! I will definitely be going back for future cuts."
