"I had great hair with a few grays (see before photos). Wanted the gray covered and some depth added something like the balayage or a way that I only need maintenance once or twice a year. but instead got striped looking orange highlights. Worst mistake ever! My hair and confidence are RUINED. The staff there have great hair and seem very nice so I don’t understand why my spending nearly $200 didn’t yield a decent result. I was patient and open and shared photos of my natural hair with light highlights but I got orange stripes instead and it looks ridiculous. I’m mortified and beyond sad by this. I made it very clear that I wanted hair to stay naturally darker on top so that when my dark roots grow in they would blend well but instead now I have a mess of orange stripes, weird color looking very fake, that I’m going to have to deal with at my own expense and I don’t know what to do to fix this mess!!! I’m devastated. It makes no sense that their hair looks good but mine looks like a terrible, expensive (time, $, emotionally draining) experience like a nightmare."

"One of the most best experiences I've ever had in my lifetime you walk in and its family owned and operated Becky and her daughter work there (Raven )..mother was also there working (Theresa )at one time so it was a three generational atmosphere that was truly remarkable then there's Diane and Amy who are also fantastic artist it's a great place to be they serve coffee wine desserts and a host full of attention to everyone individuals need ..it is a five star established business."
