"I was disappointed being a first time customer I had 2 coupons one for a free haircut, the other $3 off. I told the girl I had the coupon, she took the $3 I asked about the free she said I didn't request a shampoo. My hair was wet I had just washed it not seeing the coupon said shampoo & cut. She wouldn't give me the free cut only used the $3 off."

"Had a haircut here today. Usually go there and Rae generally cuts my hair but she was busy today so I let a new girl cut my hair. The trim job that was done is subpar. Don’t even want to show the rest of my hair. I usually go for short on top to do a messy style and what I was left with was a flat top. After the second time of her trimming it and hearing her gasp because she couldn’t get it right I said it looks fine. Good things for hats I guess after a 30.00 dollar haircut…… always stay with your original stylist!!! Also to note I wasn’t offered a hair wash hot towel or the massage (vip) treatment. Not sure why but they always do a great job. Unsure why today was any different."

To be fair...I haven't had my hair cut by everyone in there but the best one is Ariel. She is really good at skin fades/0 fades, and she's nice and very polite. Pretty good spot!"
